Rachel Ambasing

Another San Diego native, Rachel also grew up attending St. Matthew's. She has fond childhood memories of reading books in the church courtyard while not-so-patiently waiting for her mother and father to be done with their vestry meetings, which lasted "like, forever."

As an adult, Rachel worked in retail management and visual merchandising for several years, before moving to San Francisco to study at Academy of Art University, where she gained experience in event coordination, and writing and design for multi-media. In 2015, Rachel returned home to San Diego, and to St. Matthew's.
